Privacy & Communications Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your information — and how we communicate with you.
Last updated: April 23, 2026
Who we are
RUN-DME is a doing-business-as name of Catalyst Partners Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company with a business address at 2536 Countryside Blvd, Suite 400, Clearwater, FL 33763. We provide DWO/SWO and medical records recovery services to durable medical equipment (DME) companies. We are a business-to-business service — patients are not our users.
Two kinds of information we handle
1. Website leads. When a DME company representative fills out a form on run-dme.com, we collect the contact details they provide — name, work email, company name, phone (optional), and approximate volume of unsigned orders.
2. Protected Health Information (PHI). When we perform recovery work for a contracted DME client, we handle PHI under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA). PHI is governed by that BAA and our HIPAA policies — not by this website privacy policy. PHI is never stored in forms or analytics tools on this website.
What we do with lead information
- Contact you about your inquiry and scope a potential engagement.
- Send follow-up via email, phone, or SMS about the services you asked about.
- Send occasional operational updates about service changes, new capabilities, or compliance notices.
We do not sell your information. We do not share your contact information with unrelated third parties for advertising.
Communications consent
By submitting any form on this site, you expressly consent to receive communications from RUN-DME (a DBA of Catalyst Partners Ventures LLC) via the following channels:
- Email. Replies to your inquiry, proposal materials, and occasional service updates.
- SMS / text messages. Scheduling and short follow-up messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
- Phone calls. Calls from our team to follow up on your inquiry, which may be placed using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or a prerecorded voice.
- AI-generated voice. Some follow-up calls may use artificial-intelligence-generated voice technology. When this is the case, you will be informed at the start of the call and given the option to request a human-only call going forward.
- Call recording. Calls may be recorded for quality, training, and compliance purposes. You will be notified at the start of the call, and recordings containing any PHI are handled under the applicable BAA and retained only as long as needed.
Consent to receive autodialed, prerecorded, or AI-voice calls is not a condition of receiving a proposal or of doing business with us. You may revoke consent at any time.
- Reply STOP to any SMS from us to stop text messages.
- Reply HELP to any SMS for assistance.
- Ask to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list at any point during a call.
- Ask for human-only contact (no AI voice) at any time.
- Click unsubscribe in any email to opt out of email communications.
TCPA & regulatory compliance
All communications are conducted in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), applicable state Do Not Call (DNC) regulations, the FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), the CAN-SPAM Act, and, for SMS, CTIA messaging guidelines. PHI communications follow HIPAA and the Privacy and Security Rules under 45 CFR Parts 160 and 164.
Your rights and control
You have the right to:
- Unsubscribe from emails at any time.
- Stop SMS messages by replying STOP.
- Request deletion of your contact information from our marketing systems.
- Request a copy of what contact information we have on file for you.
- Request human-only contact (no AI voice) going forward.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@run-dme.com.
Data security
Lead form data is stored in SOC 2 Type II compliant vendors (Airtable) and transmitted over TLS. PHI is stored only inside HIPAA-compliant AWS services under a signed BAA — never in marketing systems, and never in Notion, Google Sheets, or other non-BAA tools.
Cookies & analytics
We may use privacy-friendly analytics (e.g., Vercel Analytics) to measure aggregate traffic. These tools do not identify individual visitors and do not sell data to advertisers.
Children's privacy
This site is a business-to-business resource. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The Last updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
