These terms govern your use of run-dme.com. Commercial services are governed by a separate signed services agreement and BAA.

1. About this site
run-dme.com is operated by Catalyst Partners Ventures LLC, doing business as RUN-DME, a Florida limited liability company with a business address at 2536 Countryside Blvd, Suite 400, Clearwater, FL 33763. References to "we," "us," or "RUN-DME" mean Catalyst Partners Ventures LLC.
2. What the site is for
The site describes our DWO/SWO and medical records recovery service for DME companies and lets interested companies submit a lead form. Nothing on this site creates a contractual obligation to provide services, and no service relationship exists until a separate written services agreement and Business Associate Agreement are signed by both parties.

4. Intellectual property
The content, design, code, logos, and trademarks on run-dme.com are owned by Catalyst Partners Ventures LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any material from the site without our written permission, except that you may share links and read the site for your own evaluation of our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
